This framework is based on TOGAF & RTM (BPMN/Agile) managed via PMLC (Prince2 & PMI/PMBOK) and delivered using SDLC best practices and managed via ITIL DevOps & secured using ISM/NIST best-practices.

Years Of Experience
Our History
Yularatech was founded in Sydney, Australia, as an IT Services Company in 2017. It is the brainchild of like-minded innovative IT professionals who want to provide the best of cutting-edge technology with a human touch that differentiates from the rest of the providers in the market. In 2020 we opened up our development company and office in Bangalore, India, focusing on low-cost offshore talents.
By 2021, Yularatech diverted funds to technical training and added an R&D department – to build internal software products. This enabled us to expand our footprint into next-level of mobile and web technologies, we invested into low / no code solution framework to develop in-house Rapid Application Development capabilities.
In mid-2021, with increased internal compliances we expanded our services into the Australian government sector.
By early 2022, we secured a contract to redevelop a legacy mobile app for a high-volume, Australia-wide RF-based application into Android and iOS. Additionally, we attained a consulting engagement for the NDIS provider to upgrade their IT platform.
Mid-2022 we updated our strategic plan and moved to increase our internal maturity to CMMI Level 3, but implementing internal operating Frameworks, Policies, Methodologies and internal toolsets. Aiming to implement internal compliance by 2023 with COSO, PMLC, SDLC, Security and Operational ITSM standards.
Late-2022, with continuing demand we opened our New Zealand office; and our partners supported us to open end-to-end software operations in USA.
Our 2023 first-half objectives target alignment to industry standards, process and compliances that can add more value to our partner clients. Which will include:
- Implement AI automation of LMS & training to further reduce hire-time
- Launch iOT based Security Application as a game changer in security industries in developing countries
- Launch Managed Services for our clients Applications and Platforms
Our FY23/24 objectives, are to obtain certification for ISM / NIST Security, ISO Processes, PMI & Prince2 Project Certification. For managed services, we are already seeking to partner with Microsoft, AWS and Atlassian to become preferred a reseller and certified partner.
In 2024 our corporate strategy is to become industry leaders in AI & Data related service provider.
